Had been drinking the night before. Muscle tissue builds up toxins and the deep tissue massage works it out and it goes straight to blood stream. A good sweat after and lots of stretching with water and alleve will make you feel awesome.

Awesome. I already had plans of going running by the lake tomorrow evening. I'll probably just have a swim too.
