his film reminds me a lot of AJ green coming out of high school....not saying he is as good as him but they are similar builds and similar route running/catching style

write up by barton simmons on anderson's pledge
quote:
It's not often that a wide receiver with 2 career catches to his credit is considered a huge pickup but that's exactly the magnitude that you have to take it to when talking about Dee Anderson's verbal pledge to LSU on Thursday. As a sophomore, Anderson was still developing and getting limited varsity reps. This offseason he has exploded onto the scene and dominated in every setting.
We had a chance to see Anderson at LSU's elite camp and he showed off the best ball skills in attendance, great body control and elite length and catch radius. Already ranked No. 88 nationally for the class of 2016 on 247Sports, Anderson would be even higher if he had a body of work on film to go with his body of work this offseason. If he can put the kind of season together to match his 7on7 and 1on1 production this fall, Anderson has five-star potential.
The pickup for LSU is even more impressive when you consider that he'll be paired with the 6-6, 200-pound wide receiver Stephen Sullivan in Baton Rouge. Between Sullivan and Anderson, 6-4+ height and an 80-inch wing-span is the standard for LSU's 2016 wide receiver class. That's music to the ears of top100 quarterback commit Feleipe Franks.
The passing game of the future is off to a good start for the Tigers.

That 7v7 film is absolutely filthy. Nearly unguardable. Wow. Quick feet and hands along with that tall frame. Wow.
