The athletic department is completely self-sufficient and donates a lot of money to the school.
Not their fault the school can't use that money to repair its facilities the way the athletic department does.
Why did we need a new Business school? CEBA isn't bad. Money would have been better spent rehabbing that.

Because they were getting kicked out. Taylor was designated to become engineering only and they had to find the cash to give business school a place.

They ran out of room for both business and engineering in the one building. Also, they are rehabbing the existing building...and expanding because.....they ran out of room.
