Because the folk on the left are in general incapable of critical thought and have no idea about Islam or what it involves. After about twenty min. in a Sharia ruled state they would shite themselves. Islam is the largest monolithic group of ultra conservatives on the planet, and they allow no dissent. Most of the popular pc positions of the left would get you imprisoned at the least in a Muslim country.

This is total nonsense. Labeling all Muslims as fundamentalist is as intellectually dishonest as labeling all Christians or Jews as fundamentalist. So many folks like you are so quick to judge people collectively rather than judging individuals on their own merits, but they would have stroke if someone judged their tribe by its least common denominator.
