I would hope so, but I'll have to see it to believe it. Iron Man was pretty light compared to the Nolan Batman movies and the Fox X-Men films. But they stayed on their own courses. Sony just said "frick it, we'll keep re-doing the same Spider-Man stories" and Fantastic Four just went full derp.

Plus, Marvel pulled away from Wright when he wanted to do something different. I don't see the Thor/Iron/America/Hulk universes changing that much based on Guardians.

I think our best bet of a Guardians inspired movie is from some other studio. Somebody thinking, "Screw this, if they can make their own Star Wars then so can we."
