headlight-happy drivers will be forced to stare straight ahead into the glaring headlights of a police van for a period of several minutes.
I don't think so.

What if it is an accident?
If you left your beams on high without noticing, then you aren't a very observant driver are you? What else are you not paying attention to?

You know it's illegal to have high beams on towards oncoming traffic. It's POS like you who treat the road like their personal highway. Hopefully someone runs you off the road.

I hope it's you so I can break you in half.

I once flashed an LEO who left his high beams on. He turned them off, turned around and stopped me to say 'thank you and have a good night'.

Whoa you are some big internet tough guy.

Using my high beams at night makes me a better driver. I'm not turning them off. If you are coming from the opposite direction that I am, look away for a few seconds if necessary.
I hope you are trolling, because this is one of the most irresponsible things you can do as a driver. I live in the country, and there is nothing worse than an oncoming car that won't turn off the high beams.

Or you can not be a dick an dim them. Drive slower if you feel unsafe. Dumbasses like you cause accidents.

I love people who think everyone should drive for their benefit, like being in the left lane below the speed limit

I live in a heavily populated area. Never ever had to use the High beams
