To be successful with it, you have to be a well oiled machine timing wise and that takes a LOT of practice

correct

That offense is built to disguise the weaknesses of a smaller offensive line

incorrect, you need large guards to hide the FB who is positioned closely behind the QB

just sayin

It's still built for smaller/lighter tackles and Olines in general because it doesn't rely on brute strength and one on one battles to have success in the running game. A lot of double teams, cut blocks, and letting defenders free to be a read key.

You don't need to run the flexbone, and shouldn't, when you have mammoth sized tackles. It's a waste and misuse of their talent

your idea is stupid, first and foremost, but...

Could even mix it up and put the SB in motion into a triple option

who runs flexbone and doesn't motion the slotbacks and run option out of it?

I love venturing over here every once in a while to see what crazy shite people come up with in the offseason.

This is good. Really quality stuff.

I answered the original question with truth and simple football knowledge, they're still arguing. It's almost like no one on the rant actually wants an answer...more just letting their frustration out on each other

Could you imagine if LSU lined up in this formation against Wisconsin for the first play with Hillaird, Magee, and Buganation in the backfield? Wisconsin would be clueless and probably waste a timeout on the first play.

I could see Cameron and Les including a package like this just to make defenses have to account for it.

I'm going with the CLM 'we are going to run it down your throat just try and stop us" plan.

Why don't we run the ole ND box offense while we're at it

Not a chance in hell, and you dont even need much football knowledge to figure that one out.

How many QBs do we have on the roster again?

I say we put Fournette and Magee at SB and Hilliard at FB.

Put in two TEs instead of WRs. Screw passing.
