Yeah, but don't fool yourself. This particular sector has never fully thrived in BR, hence people that have been leaving BR for Houston, Dallas and Atlanta for over 20 years now.

True, but white collar work imports a lot of yanks and mid westerners. Most of the yanks aren't going to come down here for the blue collar work, thankfully. This area will always be dominated by the blue collar work, but don't fret because it pays well. Actually, in most instances, it pays substantially better than white collar work.
