Being from Houston, let me remind yall, you CANNOT TAILGATE at the stadium unless you have a game ticket and parking for that lot. Meaning no parking a mile away and meeting up with your friends who do have tickets. Now I do know you can buy tailgating tickets, but I'm not exactly sure where or how.
