You can do an if statement inside of an if

=IF(M3="Yes", (J3/K3)/2, IF(K3=0,0,J3/K3))


ETA: It looks like the previous answers are referring to L column, which won't work since the cell is referencing itself.

ETA2: Or I just didn't understand where you wanted this answer put...
