I feel bad for the coming wave of guys (especially) who have those baby names. "Hi, I'm Colton, here for the management position". Talk about a bad first impression. That's IF his resume didn't end up in the trash first.

My youngest son's name has been on an upswing lately but my oldest son's name has never been "popular", never ranking higher than 244

That's such a stupid thing to worry about. I hope you don't make hiring decisions because eliminating potential candidates for something they can't control is insane.
