For me, PC vs. Console boils down to this:
If you are a hardcore console fanboy who only plays Battlefield and Call of Duty, you are doing yourself a disservice. FPS will always be better on PC and there is no denying that. If you are playing platformers and 3rd person shooters / RPGs, then console all the way. There is room for both, each side has strengths and weaknesses but we at least need to be able to recognize them.

That's why I play different games on different platforms. A game like Dragon Age is traditionally better on PC because of the tactical features it allows. I like playing JRPG's on handheld when possible. FPS on PC, Ubisoft on console. It's nice having options.
