So we're bad guys for funding Israel, but securing that funding prevents Israel from annihilating the Palestinians?
Y'all need to make up your damn minds.
1) There is literally no reason for us to be funding Israel.
2) By funding them, we've created a monster over there. As you pointed out, Israel could wipe out the Palestinians in a week if they really wanted to. IMO, Israel could probably wipe out most of the ME if it wanted to.
IMO, $2 billion annually is the bribe money for them not to.

So you want the Joos to go rampaging throughout the ME?
I don't like our funding of Israel, they are perfectly capable of affording their own arms. But in light of our past 14 years of shite foreign policy in the region we have left ourselves with very few ties to Israel and even less influence on them. It doesn't help that we're basically paying Egypt to keep Gaza closed on their side.
