Corroborating accounts from other witnesses? Pictures with the children that show Stonestreet did in fact refuse the request but took the picture with the children?

Never mentioned he was a fan of the show (according the article itself).

Or, to put it another way...

Wolfhound45 was in the Tidewater area attending the military retirement of a colleague (which I will be soon) and ran into Rex. Rex asked for a picture with him but Wolfhound45 refused, saying he would only take a picture with the lovely Mrs Rex and Maggie.

No witnesses. No photo. No supporting evidence. But it is the truth (or will be in the future).

ETA: Because I said. And Rex is a mean person who hates conservatives. And stuff.
