Pick your poison.... feet, inches, millimeters. I intentionally stated the question in miles to throw the non-analytical dogs off the scent and screw with their heads. You could certainly state the answer as 0.00118939393 miles, but that would look impractical in terms of this riddle and what the average rantard is used to on a day to day basis and would resonate with them.

It depends on the "plus 1" unit. It's 2 pi :insertunit: that's what he means. Your calculations are tedious and unnecessary.

How do you derive 2pi * (x). where x is the additional height from (2pi*r) + 2pi?
