I've never eaten at Mahoney's so I can't comment on their quality.

Just pointing out that their prices aren't as crazy as some on here make it out to be. Other places are probably working on lower margins. Mahoney's looks like they are a few dollars higher than most. Maybe I will have to try it just to see.

It's engrained in people's minds that poboys should he cheap which isn't the case anymore.

That's certainly true for some, but it's not me. I'll gladly pay a few bucks more for a superior product, but Mahoney's doesn't warrant that premium.
