Some are, not me.
It matters because if they are going to come after Obama and only Obama it is not much of a wake up call. I mean they have killed hundreds already, crucified dozens of Christians, destroyed priceless archaeological sites so if the price of getting them to stop is Obama I would think the sensible thing to do is to listen to the offer.
Whats the alternative, have 1,000's more die for one man?
For the record I am not an ISIS supporter. In fact if we want to go all out against them I am in. But none of our leadership has the stones to do anything about them so as an intellectual exercise this is an alternative.

And to think he said he'd bring us all together! Peace Prizes, mooslim outreach from outer space, Cairo speeches, and releasing terrorists from Gitmo......and they still want to kill him. And no video to blame it on.

They aren't "over the moon" anything. They are who/what they are.

Angry? Yes.
Delusional? No. Opinions are not delusions. A delusion is a false, fixed belief. For example, I have a patient who killed his mom because he has a delusion that she was replaced by a group of people who wanted to exploit him to do porn for Disney.
