If we miss the playoffs, Monty is gone, correct?
Also, when we run 3 guard sets, which should be a TON of the time, he knows that Reke should have the ball in his hands and EG/Holiday will be his de facto shooters, right? RIGHT?!?!?!

Not necessarily, but it has to be a close miss. Maybe not as close as Phoenix (missed by 1 game) but if the team isn't in the playoff race with 2 weeks left in the season, Monty's seat should be pretty damn hot.

I'm good with a split between the two, but Gordon should be a de facto spot up guy when on the floor with Holiday and Evans.
