Isn't it weird that we built this great comfortable civilization by slaughtering animals. Really, just doing the same things other animals do, killing for survival and thrift. Every square inch of civilization, every technology we enjoy, every single piece of infrastructure, every section of every industry, fricking everything we have came from the wholesale slaughter of animals. You can't breathe without killing animals.

But some of the humans got so isolated from reality that they convinced themselves their entire existence was somehow wrong. They live in houses that were built by murdering animals, use technology completely supported and created by the slaughter of animals, and enjoy all of the conveniences of modern life and our history of slaughtering animals. Take away slaughtering animals, and we all die of extinction. Or maybe a few survive in the forest on berries. But, you know, if you stop eating them you can convince yourself you're being moral or something.
