you telling me you knew this before i just posted that?
you do realize 'digital items' includes probably 50% of purchases these days..apps, music, services such as unlocking phones, etc.
thats a mighty big loophole.
solution? dont buy digital products via paypal. stick with visa.
lesson learned but i bet 95% of the people on here don't know they're not protected.

no I don't realize that at all, because I seriously doubt thats close to true
and no, I didnt know it explicitly, but I'm not surprised by it either
if you are sent a digital file, you can't exactly return it to the seller
people would be buying things, copying/using them and then crying foul so they could get their money back
but here you are shitting on all of paypal because you think you got screwed on a whole 5 dollars
i bet you're the type of person who has never written a good review on anything....but you'll write out a long diatribe about how bad your experience with a product, service, restaurant, etc. was
