the NFL should get rid of weed punishments. it's legal in two of the states the NFL has teams in and it's nowhere close to being performance enhancing.

Agree but that doesn't make what he's doing any less idiotic.

The opportunity costs he's incurring because he refuses to stop smoking weed are astronomical. Weed isn't going anywhere. Finish your career then get high as much as you want, or wait until it's legalized in the NFL.

Can I skirt the consequences of random drug tests at my place of employment because of these reasons?
