For those without another option tweeting the airlines will get you a response.

If you need rebooking or assistance and you don't have credibility through whatever the airline rewards program is, I've seen it work well

One time at ATL, about 4pm we were cued up and they had to switch from east flow to west flow. Possibly the most miserable time for ground controllers, ever.
