Reince Priebus' counterpart is Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.

Are you implying that DWS is the reason for Obama's 2012 win or the fact that the Dems retained the Senate in 2012?

Let's see what the situation is on the morning of November 5th. If his party holds the House (which it will) and can eke out a majority in the Senate (a possibility), than Priebus being in charge is not the problem.
