I don't think that's accurate. Look at a pic of the SEZ video boards. Those 4 spots are nothing but boxes with a fluorescent light tube inside. You put whatever ad on the front that you want to and turn on the light and it illuminates the ad.

Yeah i didnt want to argue it because i dont know for a fact..but im pretty sure thats ad space.
