They don't have the signatures needed for Dec 4th. The powers behind the push to incorporate wouldn't want it on the December ballot.
Reason: Too many St. Georgeans showing up for the run-off election could be bad news for Jindal's boy, Garrett Graves. St. George is Dan Claitor country.

Claitor came to my door campaigning, we chatted awhile. I was not impressed .
