I'm assuming the same with Kingpin. I'd imagine them bringing in Bullseye fairly early in the season.

thats my biggest question: the villains. do you bring bullseye in that early? i guess you kind of have to. i just think about bullseye being a deathstroke character in Arrow. maybe introduce him early but dont have him be the main focus just yet.
