Looks like Hog Island Oyster Co in SF. $3 per oyster, but damn they are good!

No clue how this place will turn out, but damn no need to jump the gun on lowering your expectations.

Plenty of those in BR. It would be nice to have the option of some good Pacific Northwest oysters in town, but I really don't think it is sustainable as a business plan. Seems more like something an existing place could promote and hold every couple of months.

I hope it works. Some good dudes behind it. I will definitely check it out.
