And it makes our system of law different from the rest of the USA.

We also have inmates at Angola being target practice for the bulls at the rodeo and make inmates actually do hard labor instead of sitting on their asses all day.

We do not have the "napoleonic code" we have a civil code that is based off of French and Spanish law. There's a difference.
