Why does this not surprise me? $90M in unpaid water bills, some owing thousands of dollar over years of unpaid bills, and they have the nerve to protest when their water is cut off?. . . Pure trash.

Yeah, I have no sympathy for them

I hope the water stays off until they pay their bills

Like Ford Field, which owes $55k? Or Joe Louis Arena, which owes $80k?
