I like how you misquoted me. I said many of the kids are, not all. And I'm not speaking to the demographics in El Paso, but rather the local border towns in my area.

Unintentional....I'd dispute the many....and what qualifies as "wealthy" at the border??? That's a very poor region from El Paso/Juarez all the way down to Brownsville/Matamoros. And yes I'm leaving out the rest but it's very poor too.
