How does the school get paid for these chirren attending school on the U.S. side of the border?
Lot of the parents hold dual citizenship and work on the US side while living on the Mexican side. The border, especially between border towns isn't as bright or angry a line as you'd like it to be. Those people have lived together, separated by only a river for generations...they're not really two different countries.

You still ignored the fact that these people live in Mexico and send their kids to the US everyday for free schooling. Like I stated before, many of these kids are from wealthy families and can afford the finest schooling for their children yet they still send them to the US for free education. I'm surprised a lib such as yourself is vehemently defending subsidizing the rich.

Finally, someone who understands the real world of border towns.
