I would put my money on there won't be a better selection. They won't have the same selection as the Florida etc location. They will be at the mercy of what is available here. So the mavens won't be excited to drink.

Just like all the other bars in the city. So I can see them purchasing more options than the current bars.

My guess is that you've underestimated the variety a chain can produce. They will pull diversity a stand alone can't.
