This. He's a robot, thinks linearly. Loki does more with less than pretty much anyone else, and that's because of his creativity. He is a threat to TEAMS of foes, think about that. There are people in this tournament who will smash Loki, Amazo is not one.

The linear thinking is what I think would help Amazo see through Loki's tricks. He won't get distracted like a human would. He could process his environment a lot more easily, especially with super senses that he has collected over the years.

How does Loki kill/incapacitate Amazo before Amazo can adapt to him if Loki is able to fool him temporarily? He has the powers of the entire Justice League at this point. including Superman's strength and durability, Flash's speed, Martian Manhunter's phasing abilities, and every other Justice league member he has come in contact with. I just don't see how Loki kills Amazo.

Oh and people think Loki creates illusions and that's the extent of his powers.

quote:

Further more Loki is capable of surviving extreme injuries such as decapitation and dismemberment.

quote:

Through magic is he able to achieve a myriad of effects and powers such as supersonic flight, dimensional teleportation, intangibility and invisibility, energy blasts, energy manipulation, illusion casting and forcefield generation.

quote:

he has physically fought Thor to a standstill, as well as harmed The Silver Surfer with his punches. As well as being superhumanly strong, he is capable of surviving enormous amounts of physical punishment. This includes but is not limited to, being hit by Thor, The Hulk, Silver Surfer, The Destroyer Armour and Spider-man.

This is the reason I'm still undecided between these two. Loki isn't going to beat Amazo in a straight up physical fight. But can he trick Amazo in some way. I remember an episode of Justice League Unlimited where Amazo defeated everyone in the JLA and it ended up that Lex talked Amazo into stopping the fight. So if Lex can do it, I'd assume Loki could.

But Lex did have advance knowledge of Amazo and what made him tick.............
