Best BBQ in the state just opened a few months ago. NOLA Smokehouse. Go ASAP and get the Burnt end brisket. It Blows every other BBQ place around here out by miles. On Jackson AVE. New Orleans.

So how do you know the owner? Also, The Joint is better.

Not a huge fan of the NC style BBQ, and I lived there for a few years. I was surprised by North Alabama white sauce. I mean that in a good way.

I'm a big fan of brisket, so I generally prefer more TX stuff.
