quote:The weirdest thing about this game was that I was over it two days later because I had class to attend. Crazy as it sounds, my classes that week went on as if that game wasn't even played. Sorry your boy lost the Auburn game 10 years ago bro.
In 2004 a stupid rule gave AU another kick. Not making excuses for him, cause Randall drove the team down the field on the 1st drive and LSU had a ton of mojo. The 2nd series he put in JR and it was gone.

Les Miles is the best LSU head coach in our history & his success and validity can be backed by his numbers alone. The funniest thing I find is that many "Sabanistas" love to reinvent history & act as Saban was the most dominant coach we've ever seen at LSU but love to omit his numerous losses to inferior opponents. They also give Dinardo too little credit and Saban too much credit for our recent success. Their arguments then precede in continuing to thank Saban for our current success under Miles (which is hilarious in itself). If you want good laughter, everyone please re-read this thread. Here are some interesting numbers for comparision sake.

Les Miles is definitely the most consistent coach & it's truly not debatable. Miles tenure & dedication to not only LSU but to our community, brand name, & state as a whole has benefited under his watch. The quote stands true -- it's not where you start but it's how you finish.
Les Miles started here as a successful coach & will end his career here as a successful coach. Mark my words, the last day Les Miles walks out of Tiger Stadium as our head coach will be a very sad day
