Makes me frickin sick to say this.... Payoff is right at 50k. Boat is loaded out w every option besides pwrpole. I know PFs hold their value but i dont know what its worth
You never know, you might find someone willing to assume the note if it's a reasonable monthly note. Some people don't care about the "total" cost, just care about how much a month.
