Shipping some cold goods across the country, Midwest and Detroit.
Probably some sausage/andouille and packaged crawfish. Maybe a couple of other things from La.
To those who have had success what is the best way to do this? Was hoping for a flat rate box from USPS and some dry ice, but should I be looking at an ice chest and overnight?

When I lived in NC I ordered some products from here, boudin, andouille, tasso, stuff like that. It came to me in large box containing a styrofoam ice chest packed with dry ice.
I don't know if that's standard, but I had no issues with spoilage.
I believe it came UPS.
