I mean of the 1000s of parents greeting new kids into the world today, I doubt more than 1 in 10 is envisioning a future that includes an alternative lifestyle.

Not that if they see a gay reference it is going to have a huge impact. Just that if given the choice, like if you go to a childrens movie, most parents don't want those scenes, comments, or insinuations no matter how vague, shown in front of the kids.
