Question about Tan Dinh in Gretna

OK so I saw these two photos -- one described as "candy-coated chicken" and other described as "candy-coated pork". However I looked at the menu and don't see them listed anywhere. Does anyone know what the names of these two items are?

It's on the board when you walk in. The second one is the suon rim man plate. I can't tell you what the 1st plate is.
