Auburn and UF on the road, but both of those teams are suspect like us

Since when has Auburn become a suspect team for this year? They are pretty much returning everyone except Mason, Robinson,Ford, and Davis. Yes those are some big losses, but not nearly as big of losses as other teams in the SEC had. And they have really good players with a lot of experience to replace those guys with.

Its the 2nd year in Malzahns system. Itll be Marshalls 2nd year as the QB and he improved greatly over the duration of the season last year. I expect him to pick up right where he left off from last season and be even better than he was.

They lost Tre Mason, but they return Payne (610 yards on 91 carries 6.7ypc) and Grant(647 yards on 66 carries 9.8ypc). And then get 5* RB Roc Thomas. And the system is very much a RB friendly system with a great OL that returns 2 players on the All SEC 2nd team in Dismukes, Center, and Uzomah, TE. And 2 other full time starters.

Carl Lawson will step in at Dee Fords spot, and could be better than Ford and had 7.5TFL and 4 sacks as a true freshman. And they return the other starter at DE in LaDarius Owens. Not to mention they have Montravius Adams and Elijah Daniel going into their sophomore year.

They return their top 2 WRs in Coates (900yards and 7 TDs) and Louis. And they add Dhaquille Williams who immediately becomes their top WR in terms of talent. So they got better at WR.

They lost some key players, sure, but they also return a lot of key players and they will be in their 2nd year in the Mazahn system and Marshall will be in his 2nd year at QB. And since becoming a college coach, this is the 1st time Malzahn will be able to work with the same starting QB for 2 consecutive seasons.

Out of the top teams in the SEC, Auburn returns the most and returns the starting QB for their team. They are not suspect.

Likely done for the season with an injury. Auburn will be very good this year, I just see them missing a few of the breaks they caught last year. The west will come down to Bama, Auburn, and LSU though...just like most seasons in the SEC.
