That's pussy shite. Some of the most fun I have had was running dogs. OTOH, the vast majority of my fun is posted up in a climber or lock-on sitting there not seeing anything. I get the occasional rush thinking a squirrel is a 200" 250lb monster, but just being in the woods is good enough for me. I enjoy sitting, observing, listening, and smelling the woods.

Most people think SELA deer hunters live by the motto, "If it's brown, it's down", but that is not the case. Yes the old timers do, but most people under 50 do not.

If I see a good young breeder buck, I let him walk. If I see a perfect 8pt breeder, more often than not, I'll let him walk. There really isn't a method to what I shoot, it's just whatever I feel needs to be taken out of the herd.

As far as does go....I haven't ever been anywhere that wasn't overrun by them. I don't discriminate
