Appreciate the responses.
We were talking about lowering laterns down to the water, as well. Is that worth it or are the bridge lights enough?
Oh and white trout, in my experience, taste just fine; just doesn't freeze too well.

As stated above, think small baits with 1/32 oz jig heads on cane poles or ultra light rods. If needed add a split shot 1' up the line for extra casting ability...
