Anybody that's had dealings with the feds knows otherwise. I'm pretty sure they select out the biggest douchebags they can to enforce what they want on us. Most every Fed I know has an intense hate it seems for anyone successful and with more than them. They derive more pleasure from fricking with a well to do law abiding citizen than anything else in the world. Except for maybe the occasional guilty party.

There is definitely some type of standardized test to ensure that they are the most pretentious douchebag with the lowest IQ, next to a monkey, before they're hired.
