First off, I've seen it reported that the part of the border that he accidently crossed is not properly marked and is easy to mistakenly cross.
Second, should we jail, chain and mistreat all of the illegals that are purposely entering our country as well?

Tahmooressi knew that guns were not allowed. But there was no way for him to turn around. Allegedly, in Tahmooressi's mind, he was thinking that he would be allowed to make a turnaround after explaining the situation to the Mexican BP. Also allegedly, the BP agent at the crossing was going to allow this but had to report his intentions to the feds. Mexican soldiers at this point intervened and denied him this opportunity.

A whole lot of "alleged" involved.
