I want to do stuff like climbing,kayaking, and mountain biking, but I haven't had a chance being here in FL. I do Crossfit and run a lot.

I'm your man. After next weekend, god willing, I'll have summited all ten major mountains in Oregon.
I can point you towards the best climbing club. When it comes to outdoor activities there's no end in Oregon. As the seasons change, so do the activities. Many activities are very close to the area you'll live in.
Also, when you feel like you need some sunshine all you have to do is head over the mountains. They get over 300 sunshiny days a year.
