Some RBs like Matt Forte, Jamaal Charles and Darren Sproles would argue that point, if they were hit with a franchise tag...which will never happen in today's NFL.
The language in the new CBA that gave Graham a reason to file the grievance is going to raise it's ugly head again. With the current rage of using LBs to be speed rushers, we'll see one argue he's a DE (about a $2M difference).

They can argue it all they want but the simple fact remains, they are RB! Up until it was time to sign a contract Graham was a self proclaimed tight end, playing a majority of snaps lined up as one, and rarely covered by a corner, now wants to be recognized as a WR is just ridiculous. The Saints are making him an offer at 10 mil a year making him the highest paid TE in the league he needs to take the money and get about business.
