I too would have been fearful if a giant of a man stepped out of the car after going freaking 34 miles over the speed limit at 1:00 am.

Then don't become a cop. Sometimes in every line of work people are going to be bigger and smaller than you - it's part of being a human.

Going 34 miles over the speed limit is clearly extremely wreckless behavior

If you listen to the audio the cop says he was clocked at 89 while making a pass. When I make a pass on a two-lane highway in my slow-arse SUV I hit that speed pretty regularly before slowing back down to a normal cruise speed.

so already the cop has to suspect the individual is capable of doing anything.

So because he traveled faster than the speed limit he is capable of....murder? Is that really your expert opinion? There's a reason his own department disagrees with every single one of your stupid points.

Exactly! It's like the guy is saying it's okay to treat a man like a criminal because he is larger than the average person. If the cop is that fearful of someone larger than him then he needs to find a new line of work. Having a gun and taser on your side, you could neutralize any size threat real quick if you had too.

I'm glad he got suspended and I wish it would happen more these days. You should never have to deal with a shitty attitude from an officer unless you are being totally disrespectful.
