As others have said, it's probably best to watch a bunch of games and see which teams you are naturally drawn to.
Having said that - if I have a favorite it is probably Arsenal and mostly because I thought it was cool that they were started by workers from the Royal Arsenal making a team. And they have that cool cannon on their crest of course
. Didn't hurt that they have this weird by cool Arsene Wegner guy as their coach.
