It's bad gris-gris to mess with ancient folk, wait till she croaks. Winters are particularly tough on nonagenarians. The worst case scenario in this whole deal ain't particularly bad for you.

PS: Your lawn looks like what a green Chewbacca with mange would look like if it got run over by a steamroller.

It's 3 years old and gets a shite ton of sun. Have put any sealer or anything on it yet.

I honestly don't care how long the bitch lives I just don't want this shite to drag out when I'm selling next year.

Well she is nice, the daughter who has handled this whole thing is a mega count.
