Did you think Yedlin was ready?

He at least showed his capabilities in the South Korea and Mexico friendlies. Every match that Green has played in, he has looked like a kid in a grown man's game.

Look, he definitely has the talent to be a fixture for us in the future, but he is not ready for this stage yet.

And he has played at a senior level for Seattle for awhile. It's not a perfect comparison, certainly.

he's played twice. He did look like a kid, but I don't think it's fair to say he had "no impact". He dribbled at people and made our left side something the defense had to account for.
I don't really know that he wouldn't bomb if he played, and I don't know that I would play him if i were JK. I just want us to do SOMETHING ANYTHING to make the attack more dynamic. We will lose if we run out the 4-1-4-1 we played against Germany.

Every young player is always not ready until given the chance to prove that they are ready. #TeamGreen

I just want somebody in the game that can provide some type of offensive attack. Right now we have two players in the midfield that provide very little in the attack, Beckerman and Bedoya/Zusi -- though I thought Zusi looked very good cutting underneath and providing support to Duece against Portugal.

I'm not sure we can afford to have Bedoya and Zusi on the field at the same time.
